Ok, Philadelphia, time to show your true rainbow colors. For the fourth year running, we have the opportunity to find Mr. Gay Philadelphia, the winner of which will be our representative for the national show, Mr. Gay. However, for the first time ever, we have been chosen to host the main event. That's right, the 2010 Mr. Gay will have his coronation right here in our own back yard!
